Amazing stay with super staff

The room was huge with a killer view of the pool. Breakfast had loads of options and we loved the Thai restaurant too. Tee at the front desk and Aun in the restaurant were superstars for sure! Just wish the pool was a bit nicer. it felt kinda average, you know?

This place is a top selection for a brief pit stop in Chiang Rai with high value for money. The staff was super helpful and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. Make sure to check out the affordable food and drink options available at the hotel.

What an amazing experience! The breakfast buffet was simply incredible, with both local and international options. The kids loved the spacious room with a spectacular balcony view. I can't wait to return!

Our three-night stay was fantastic! The spacious garden-view room offered breathtaking views. Favola restaurant served an incredible breakfast featuring fresh seafood and delightful cronuts. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring our comfort. For future guests, don't miss the luxurious spa treatments!

The Deluxe Garden View room was super spacious and had a comfy balcony with a killer view. The bed felt great, and the bathroom was roomy, too. I loved the bedside reading lights—they were perfect for relaxing at night. The overall vibe was chill and cozy, making it hard to leave the room. Just wish the dining options for lunch had more variety, but breakfast was awesome!

Lovely location by the river and beautiful grounds. The food quality in the Italian restaurant didn’t meet expectations. Enjoyed bike rentals for local exploration. Staff offered excellent service across departments.

Stunning river views and top-notch service

I had a fantastic 3-night stay in a Deluxe Garden View room. The beautiful surroundings made it feel like an oasis, with well-maintained gardens and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic range of dishes to suit every palate. The only downside was that our mattress was a bit uncomfortable on one side, but overall it was a delightful experience.

Waking Up to Nature's Beauty

The greenery surrounding the hotel was breathtaking. Each morning, I sipped my coffee on the balcony, watching the vibrant birds play in the trees. Truly a paradise!

However, the limited dining options were a disappointment. After a couple of nights, I craved something other than the available Italian cuisine.

The service was outstanding, especially the attentive staff by the pool who ensured every need was met. The breakfast buffet featured fresh juices and delightful golden malted waffles that stood out among the offerings. However, the pool area can get noisy with children, and my room, while spacious with a lovely balcony, showed signs of needing maintenance. It was further noted that the spa area was under renovation during my stay, which was disappointing.
